Peope who are able to influence others – even without formal authority – are in a unique position to distinguish themselves as strategic-minded professionals, and they can have a real impact on organizational decision making.

She provides training, assessment and consulting services to clients throughout the U.S. Her areas of specialty include HR, management, leadership, workplace communication, teambuilding, and more.

Mary holds graduate and undergraduate degrees in Communication and her certifications include Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) and Everything DiSC Certified Trainer/Accredited Workplace Facilitator.
